The Whole Food Nutrition Course gives hands on nutritional guidance through a series of 6 classes. Throughout the course we will learn about the various food groups, their nutrients, and how to use food to improve a variety of health conditions, from the common cold to infertility. We will incorporate these foods into a weekly meal plan, and will also prepare a variety of traditional dishes that will help you and your family stay nourished for a lifetime.
